2. Sexual Chakra: Swadhisthana - reproductive parts
Color: Orange Musical Note: D
This chakra is located in the lower abdomen and is associated with emotions, feelings, desire and imagination.

3. Solar Plexus Chakra: Manipura - navel
Color: Yellow Musical Note: E
This chakra is located and 1 to 2 inches above the navel and is the focus point for power and will. Our sense of power, ego and authority, as well as self-control and discipline are centered here.

4. Heart Chakra: Anahata - heart
Color: Green Musical Note: F
This chakra is located at the center of the chest and is associated with love and understanding, compassion and empathy and forgiveness.

5. Throat Chakra: Vishuddha - throat
Color: Blue This chakra is located in the center of the throat and is linked to creativity communication.

6. Third Eye Chakra: Ajna - eyebrow or forehead
Color: Indigo Musical Note: A
This chakra is located in the center of the head behind your eyebrows and is related to intuition, insight, and imagination and our ability to perceive clearly.

7. Crown Chakra: Sahasrara - top of head
Color: Violet Musical Note: B
This chakra is located at the very top of the head and is associated with divine wisdom, spirit, oneness with the universe, unity with all that is, and enlightenment.

What Is Reiki?

In a nutshell it is the subtle energy healing using laying on of hands and distant healing techniques. It originated in Japan in the 19th century by Dr.Mikao Usui.

The energy is drawn by conscious and unconscious intent through the practitioner according to the needs of the receiver of the energy. It always heals for the best and highest good of the receiver, the practitioner, and for the Universe. Using this unique system, the practitioner and receiver are healed at the same time.
