Your Tastebuds Will Thank You for Trying Any One of These Tantalizing Recipes!

We love to try new recipes and revamp old ones to make them healthier. There are lots of traditional dishes that can be adapted to meet vegetarian, vegan and macrobiotic requirements. Sometimes they fail and sometimes they are a big hit, but the best part is that it's really fun to experiment.

We'll also provide you with a glossary, substitutes for traditional ingredients and lots of great tips.

We've included a combination of some favorites that we've found, some that we've made up and of course contributions from readers.

Enjoy!
Do you have a recipe that you would like to share? If so, please send it to us. We'll be sure to give you full credit.

Thanks in advance!
